S.L. 439.13 Art. 13Procedures.

(1) The Department shall take all necessary administrative measures to monitor and enforce procedures which shall be carried out in a user’s establishment.

(2) The Department may grant an exemption from sub-regulation (1) on the basis of scientific justification. Procedures may be carried out only within the framework of a project.
