Animals must be identified and registered throughout their journey in accordance with article 7 of the Veterinary Services Act and are accompanied by the documentation required by veterinary legislation enabling the Veterinary Services to check -

(a) their origin and their ownership;

(b) their place of departure and place of destination;

(c) the date and time of departure.
