S.L. 439.10 Art. 16Non-observation provisions by a transport undertaking.

Where it is established in the trading partner of transit or of destination by the competent authority of one of those trading partners, that a transport undertaking, the authorisation of whom has been granted in Malta is not observing the provisions of these regulations, they shall contact the Veterinary Services without delay. The latter shall take all the necessary measures in particular those laid down in regulation 15(2). They shall communicate the decision taken and the reasons therefor to the competent authority of the trading partner in which the infringement was established and to the European Commission.
