S.L. 437.87 Art. 3Conditions for the marketing of feedingstuffs.

Without prejudice to the obligations prescribed by any other law, compound feedingstuffs may be marketed in Malta only if they are wholesome, unadulterated and of merchantable quality. They shall also prescribe that compound feedingstuffs may not represent a danger to animal or human health and may not be presented or marketed in a manner liable to mislead.
