S.L. 437.84 Art. 9ACost of DNA test.

The cost of the DNA test order in terms of rule 8A shall be borne as follows:

(a) In the case where the test result confirms the data submitted by the keeper of the animals, the cost shall be borne by the Veterinary Services;

(b) In the case where the test result confirms that the data submitted by the keeper is not correct, the cost shall be borne by the keeper of the animals.
