S.L. 437.81 Art. 3Notification to the competent authority.

The Veterinary Services shall take all the necessary provisions to ensure that the presence, or suspected presence, of foot-and-mouth disease is compulsorily and immediately notifiable to the competent authority, in accordance with Directive 82/894/ EEC.
