S.L. 437.58 Art. 21Uniform implementation of plans.
(1) To the extent necessary to ensure uniform application of these regulations, and in cooperation with the competent authorities of Malta, the Commission’s veterinary experts may verify on the spot that the plans and the system for checking the plans by the competent authorities have been uniformly implemented.
