S.L. 437.47 Art. 9Administration of veterinary medicinal product to animals.

No veterinary medicinal product may be administered to animals unless the marketing authorisation has been issued, except for the tests of veterinary medicinal products referred to in regulation 12(3)(j) which have been accepted by the competent national authorities, following notification or authorisation, in accordance with the rules in force.
