S.L. 437.47 Art. 4CObligations relating to veterinary medicinal products.

Any authorisation issued under regulations 4(2), 4A and 4B, shall be deemed to be a Marketing Authorisation for the purposes of articles 38, 53 and 57 of the Veterinary Services Act.
