The Veterinary Services may require from the applicant further information concerning both the particulars supplied pursuant to regulation 40 and the qualified person referred to in regulation 46(1).

Where the Veterinary Services exercise this right, application of the time limits referred to in regulations 41 and 42(1) shall be suspended until the additional data required have been supplied.
