Where the Veterinary Services is informed, in accordance with regulation 12(3)(n), that another Member State has authorised a veterinary medicinal product which is the subject of an application for authorisation in Malta, the Veterinary Services shall reject the application unless it was submitted in compliance with regulations 31 to 43.
