S.L. 437.44 Art. 1Title and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Certificate and Inspection Report linked to Intra-Community Trade in Animal and Products of Animal Origin Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement the rules found under European Union Commission Regulation (EC) No. 599/2004 concerning the adoption of a harmonised model certificate and inspection report linked to intra-Community trade in animals and products of animal origin.
