S.L. 437.41 Art. 18Products which have been checked must remain under the supervision of the Veterinary Services. Cap. 437.

(1) The products checked must remain under the supervision of the Veterinary Services until the results of the checks are obtained.

If the suspicions are confirmed, checks on products of the same origin must be intensified in accordance with regulation 16(3).

(2) Detailed rules for the application of this regulation shall be adopted in accordance with European Community rules and the procedure laid down in article 16(2) of the Veterinary Services Act.
