S.L. 437.4 Art. 1Title and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Hybrid-Breeding

Pigs for Breeding Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement the provisions found under European Union Council Directive 90/119/ EEC of hybrid breeding pigs which in turn has a legal basis in article 8 of European Union Council Directive 88/661/EEC.
