S.L. 437.34 Art. 5Indication of particulars as provided in regulation 4.

The particulars referred to in regulation 4 may be indicated -

(a) in a certificate corresponding to the specimen in Schedule II;

(b) in documents accompanying the semen of the pure-bred breeding sheep or goat, in which case the competent authority shall certify that the particulars specified in regulation 4 are contained in the documents by the following: ''The undersigned certifies that these documents contain the particulars mentioned in Article 3 of Commission Decision 90/258/EEC.''.
