S.L. 437.34 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Zootechnical

Certificates for Pure-Bred Breeding Sheep and Goats, their Semen, Ova and Embryos Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is the implementation of European Union Commission Decision 90/258/EEC laying down the zootechnical certificates for pure-bred breeding sheep and goats, their semen, ova and embryos. This Decision finds a legal basis under European Union Council Directive 89/361/EEC, article 6.
