S.L. 437.30 Art. 1Title and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Identification Document (Passport) accompanying Registered Equidae Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is the implementation of European Union Commission Decision 93/623/EEC establishing the identification document (passport) accompanying registered equidae. This Decision finds a legal basis under European Union Council Directive 90/427/EEC, article 8(1), first subparagraph.
