S.L. 437.115 Art. 10Registration of homeopathic veterinary medicinal products.

(1) For the purposes of Article 86 of Regulation (EU)

2019/6, a person shall submit a request in the manner indicated by the

Director for each homeopathic veterinary medicinal product that he intends to register and place on the market and shall pay the relevant fee.

(2) The registration granted in accordance with this regulation shall be valid for a period of five (5) years.
