S.L. 437.115 Art. 1Citation, scope, applicability and commencement.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Veterinary

Medicinal Products Regulations.

(2) These regulations implement the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/6 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 on veterinary medicinal products and repealing Directive 2001/82/EC and regulate other matters of Regulation (EU) 2019/6.

(3) These regulations shall also be applicable to veterinarians referred to in Regulation (EU) 2019/6.

(4) These regulations shall come into force within two (2) months from their date of publication in the Gazette.

(5) Regulation 17(2) shall come into force within two (2) years from the date of publication of these regulations.
