S.L. 437.110 Art. 4General prohibitions.

(1) No person shall sell dairy or traditional dairy products unless produced and labelled as required and in accordance with these rules.

(2) The placing on the market in Malta of raw milk or raw cream intended for direct human consumption shall be prohibited.
