S.L. 437.107 Art. 7Processing of an application.

(1) The Director shall without delay acknowledge receipt of an application and receipt of the applicable licence fee in writing to the applicant.

(2) An application shall be deemed to be incomplete, and shall be returned to the applicant if it is not accompanied by all the information and, or documentation requested in these rules.

(3) Upon receipt of a complete application form, the Director shall within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of receipt of an application form:

(a) inform the applicant of the need to supply any additional information or documentation; or

(b) issue the licence subject to any conditions he may deem fit; or

(c) refuse the application for a licence giving its reasons for such a refusal.
