S.L. 437.107 Art. 3Licence and registration.

(1) No person shall rear or keep swine unless he is registered for this purpose with the Veterinary Services and is in possession of the appropriate licence issued by the Director:

Provided that licences for the keeping of swine shall be issued with regards to the particular swine that is intended to be kept as a pet.

(2) Any place which is intended for rearing swine shall be licensed by the Director as a swine farm.
