S.L. 437.107 Art. 13Plans, extension and alterations of sites in which to rear swine.

(1) Each application for a licence to rear swine shall be accompanied by a permit, including development permits, and plans of the site of rearing issued by the relevant competent authorities.

(2) Extensions or alterations to sites within which to rear swine may only be carried out following the obtainment of relevant permits, including but not limited to development and environmental permits as required, and subject to the approval of the Director.
