S.L. 437.106 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Private Veterinary

Establishments (Licensing) Regulations.

(2) These regulations shall apply to all veterinary establishments which fall under the scope of these regulations including those veterinary establishments which were built or set up prior to the entry into force of these regulations.
