S.L. 437.101 Art. 6Dog control.

(1) A Police officer or any officer authorised by the Director may seize and detain any dog for the purpose of identifying it.

(2) Owners and keepers shall not abandon their dogs. No licensed dog shall be allowed in a public place unless accompanied by its owner or keeper.
