Whoever breaches the Council Regulation (EC) 1493/99

and Commission Regulation (EC) 753/2002, with regards to the modalities of designation and presentation for labelling of bottles or other containers having a capacity not greater than 5 litres, containing DOK and I{T wines, shall be guilty of an offence under the Act.
