S.L. 436.2 Art. 2Interpretation. Cap. 436.

(1) In these regulations -"the Act" means the Wine Act;

"the public service" means service in the Government of Malta, but does not include service in the office of a member of the House of Representatives, or of a member of any council, board, panel, committee or other similar body established by or under any law.

(2) Words and phrases used in these regulations shall have the same meaning as is assigned to them in the Act.
