S.L. 433.7 Art. 5Notification of results of surveys.

The details and results of the official surveys provided for in regulation 3 shall be notified each year to the other Member States and to the Commission in accordance with the provisions of point 2 of Section II, Schedule I. These notifications shall be submitted by the 1st June except for potatoes use as farm-saved seed for which the notification shall be submitted by the 1st September. The details and results for crops shall be related to the previous year’s production.
