S.L. 433.31 Art. 11Marketing of propagation material.

(1) Suppliers may market propagation material only if it meets the requirements laid down in these regulations.

(2) Sub-regulation (1) shall not apply to propagation material intended for –

(a) trials or scientific purposes;

(b) selection work; or

(c) use in the conservation of genetic diversity.
