The Directorate shall ensure that the total quantity of seed of preservation mixtures marketed each year does not exceed 5% of the total weight of all fodder plant seed mixtures in terms of the Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables Regulations and marketed in the respective year in Malta.
