S.L. 433.16 Art. 12New varieties of potatoes.

The Director shall communicate to the Commission and to the other Member States before the 31st January of each year, a list of all new varieties of potatoes which have been found by official testing to be resistant to potato cyst nematodes, and shall state the species, pathotypes, virulence groups or populations to which the varieties are resistant, the degree of resistance and the year of its determination.
