S.L. 433.13 Art. 19Marketing restrictions.

(1) The marketing of vegetable propagation and planting material which complies with the requirements and conditions of these regulations shall be subject to no restrictions as regards supplier, plant health, growing medium and inspection arrangements other than those laid down in these regulations.

(2) The marketing of vegetable propagation and planting material whose variety is entered in the Common Catalogue of Varieties of Vegetable Species shall not be subject to any restrictions as regards the variety other than those laid down or referred to in these regulations.

(3) As regards the products referred to in Schedule I, the Department may refrain from imposing more stringent conditions or marketing restrictions other than the conditions laid down in the schedules referred to in regulation 7.
