S.L. 433.13 Art. 16Compliance with these regulations.

(1) The Department shall ensure that vegetable propagation and planting material produced in Malta and intended for marketing, complies with the requirements of these regulations.

(2) If it is found, during an official inspection, that vegetable propagation and planting material cannot be marketed because of non-compliance with a condition relating to plant health, the Department shall take appropriate official measures to eliminate any consequent plant-health risks.
