S.L. 431.4 Art. 7Experience of members of the Commission.

All members of the Commission to be appointed in accordance with regulations 6(1)(b), (c) and (d) shall be appointed after taking into consideration their experience in social dialogue and their competence in the fulfilment of the objectives of the scope of these regulations.
