S.L. 431.3 Art. 9Objectivity of the Board.

(1) In acting according to these regulations, the Board shall always act in a manner which is objective, neutral and fully independent regarding analysis and content.

(2) In acting according to these regulations, the Board may also consult relevant stakeholders, but should not convey only or mainly the opinions and the interests of a particular group of stakeholders.
