S.L. 427.61 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Recreational Craft

Regulations.

(2) These regulations transpose Directive 2013/53/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 November 2013 on recreational craft and personal watercraft and repealing Directive 94/25/EC.

(3) These regulations lay down requirements for the design and manufacture of products referred to in regulation 3(1) and rules on their free movement in the Union.
