S.L. 427.37 Art. 6Essential health and safety requirements.

(1) Lifts covered by these regulations shall satisfy the essential health and safety requirements set out in Schedule I.

(2) Safety components for lifts covered by these regulations shall satisfy the essential health and safety requirements set out in Schedule I and enable the lifts in which they are incorporated to satisfy those requirements.
