S.L. 427.37 Art. 14Identification of economic operators.

(1) Economic operators shall, on request, identify the following to the Technical Regulations Division:

(a) any economic operator who has supplied them with a safety component for lifts;

(b) any economic operator to whom they have supplied a safety component for lifts;

(2) Economic operators shall be able to present the information referred to in sub-regulation (1) for a period of 10 years after they have been supplied with a safety component for lifts and for a period of 10 years after they have supplied a safety component for lifts.
