S.L. 427.30 Art. 11Other responsibilities.

In addition to the preceding regulations, any economic operator shall, on request from the Technical Regulations Division, identify the following to it for a period of at least ten years after the transportable pressure equipment has been placed on the market:

(a) any economic operator who has supplied them with transportable pressure equipment;

(b) any economic operator to whom they have supplied transportable pressure equipment.
