S.L. 427.104 Art. 4Language requirements.

Any information which shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 shall be in at least the Maltese or English language:

Provided that any information which shall be provided in accordance with Articles 6(6), 6(7), 8(3), 8(4) and 9(2) shall be in at least the Maltese, English, or Italian language.
