S.L. 426.4 Art. 12Retention and recording.

The qualified trust service provider shall ensure that the entire remote identification session is recorded and that the recording thereof is kept for a minimum period of three years after the expiry of the qualified certificate issued as a result of a session in accordance with Article 24(2)(h) of the eIDAS Regulation.
