In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"Act" means the Fisheries Conservation and Management Act;

"catching" includes cultivation;

"Fisheries Department" means the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture;

"fishing" and "fishing boat" have the same meaning as is given to them in the Act;

"plants" and "plants found in the sea" include all types of marine vegetation.
