S.L. 425.20 Art. 3Competent national authority.

(1) The Director shall be the competent national authority in Malta to implement the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013 referred to in regulation 1(2).

(2) The Director additionally to the powers granted to him in accordance with the Act, shall also have the powers necessary to carry (FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE)

out the implementation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 1379/ 2013 referred to in regulation 1(2).
