S.L. 425.17 Art. 11Accumulation of points and measures.

(1) The accumulation of eighteen (18) penalty points at any one time shall result in a two (2) month suspension of any relevant licence, permit and, or authorisation as held by the relevant person.

(2) The accumulation of thirty-six (36) penalty points at any one time shall result in a four (4) month suspension of any relevant (FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE)

licence, permit and, or authorisation as held by the relevant person.

(3) The accumulation of fifty-four (54) penalty points at any one time shall result in an eight (8) month suspension of any relevant licence, permit and, or authorisation as held by the relevant person.

(4) The accumulation of seventy-two (72) penalty points at any one time shall result in a one (1) year suspension of any relevant licence, permit and, or authorisation as held by the relevant person.

(5) The accumulation of ninety (90) penalty points at any one time shall result in the permanent withdrawal of any relevant licence, permit and, or authorisation as held by the relevant person.
