Carry-over of live BFT from one year to another shall be allowed provided that all carry-over operations are authorised by the

Director following a request in writing by the operator of the aquaculture establishment:

Provided that such carry-overs shall be monitored and recorded with the use of stereoscopical cameras and, or conventional video cameras as the Director may require, and for so doing the provisions of regulation 14 shall apply as the mutatis mutandis Director may require:

Provided further that if, following an investigation the Director determines that there is any excess in numbers of BFT, he shall require the release of a suitable number of live BFT from the aquaculture establishment:

Provided further that aquaculture establishment may not compensate discrepancies in any way:

Provided further that activity according to this regulation shall be recorded the eBCD system.
