S.L. 425.16 Art. 13Caging records.

The Director shall retain a copy of all the information, documents, video recordings, and other material related to caging activities as relating to aquaculture establishments for at least three(3) years:

Provided that the retention period may be longer if the data concerned is necessary for control and enforcement purposes, as deemed necessary by the Director or any other competent authority.
