S.L. 425.14 Art. 9Watch-keeping arrangements.

(1) The master of a fishing vessel shall ensure that an appropriate and effective watch is at all times maintained for the purposes of safe navigation and the health and safety of the fishermen.

(2) Without prejudice to the duties of the master provided by sub-regulation (1), the master shall give directions to the fishermen responsible for navigating the vessel safely during their periods of duty.
