S.L. 425.14 Art. 86Duty to ensure compliance during international voyages.

(1) The owner and the master of the fishing vessels engaged in international voyages and fishing vessels flying the

Maltese flag and operating from a port, or between ports, in another state, shall ensure that the vessel is also in compliance with the provisions of regulation 87.

(2) The owner and, or the master, if in fault, shall be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding five hundred units, for each offence.
