S.L. 425.14 Art. 23Hours of work and rest.

Without prejudice to regulation 27, it shall be the duty of an employer of a fisherman and a master of a fishing vessel to ensure that a fisherman is provided with at least the minimum hours of rest:

Provided that a fisherman’s hours of work are limited to forty-eight hours a week on average, calculated over a reference period not exceeding twelve months.
