There shall be no direct openings into sleeping rooms from fish rooms and machinery spaces, except for the purpose of emergency escapes. Where reasonable and practicable, direct openings from galleys, storerooms, drying rooms or communal sanitary areas shall be avoided, unless expressly provided otherwise.
